1. Digital Products
All products sold by AutoDataExperts are digital products delivered electronically.
Because digital products cannot be returned once delivered, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.
2. No Refunds After Delivery Or Download
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once a product has been successfully delivered or downloaded.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product and that refunds are not available simply because:
- You changed your mind.
- You purchased the product by mistake.
- You no longer need the product.
- You expected different content.
- You are dissatisfied with the information provided.
- You did not fully review the product description before purchasing.
3. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your purchased product, please contact us at:

- Resend the product by email.
- Provide an alternative download method.
- Assist in resolving the delivery issue.
Failure to contact us within 48 hours may limit our ability to provide support.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible.
After reviewing the purchase records, we may issue a refund for accidental duplicate purchases at our discretion.
Proof of the duplicate purchase may be required.
5. Downloaded Products
Once a product has been successfully delivered or downloaded, the order is considered fulfilled.

Future updates, revisions, improvements or new editions are not included.
Customers wishing to obtain future versions may be required to purchase the updated edition separately.

Initiating a chargeback after successfully receiving and downloading a product may result in the suspension of future purchases and may be challenged using available order and delivery records.
